Exchanges and Returns (Refund Policy):

USA

When in stock, regular shipping is through USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Express shipping is possible and takes is 1-3 business days. Depending on your order-timing, if there are stock issues your order may have up to a 4 week incremental delay before inventory is replenished and able to be mailed from our USA operations base. Once it arrives it will be the timing mentioned above.

Vietnam

Shipping is inventory-dependent. Once in-stock, shipments are made through DHL or FedEx which average between 7-15 business days for delivery.

All other countries

International Shipping is availble through first class which can take anywhere from 10-35 days to arrive. We also offer DHL Express for international orders for an extra charge $25-$200 depending on the product you order and country. DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

Once your product has been released to a shipping company, our company is not responsible for their delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. Priority Packages only come with $50 insurance. If you'd like to add insurance for full price on your package please send us an email.

If your package gets returned to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. There are no returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any international import fees, if any.
