Because each Child-You is made by hand from your photo, we can’t accept returns for personal taste. You can read our full return policy before ordering.

How much is shipping in USA?

A flat rate of $9.99 USD per order applies within the USA.

Because Child-You is custom-made and shipped from Vietnam, order will be handled separately from the rest of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

A flat rate of $19.99 USD applies for international orders. Because Child-You is custom-made and shipped from Vietnam, order will be handled separately from the rest of your order.

International orders can also take longer to arrive, especially if the package is held by customs.

Some countries may charge import taxes, VAT, duties, or customs fees when your order arrives. These fees are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Choose a clear childhood photo where the face, hair, and outfit are easy to see. The better the photo, the more details we can bring into your Child-You.

Will it look exactly like the photo?

Not exactly, but we do our best. Each Child-You is a tiny handmade interpretation. We use your photo as the guide, then turn it into a one-of-a-kind wool companion.
