Changing yourself should feel like an adventure.
Hi. We're Omo and Mai.
We run Unfollowing from our tiny house in Kyoto.
Just the two of us.
Well, plus our sister-in-law Cam, who helps with customer care and makes the Child-Yous.
And Trang, who helps keep the wheels on.
That's the whole company.
We're not therapists.
We're not clinicians, gurus, or TED talkers.
We're two people who needed this for ourselves.
So we built it and have kept building it.
I was living in loops.
None of this started as a business.
It started the year Omo's life came apart.
He sold everything and drifted through 30 countries.
Not really traveling.More like hiding.
To soothe himself, he started talking to himself out loud on long walks. Then one day in Moscow, mid-sentence, he stopped:
The noise inside him was not one voice. It was many.
Each one a part of him, trying to help the only way it knew how:
So he learned to work with them instead of being run by them. He shaped it into a process and tried it on friends, then clients.
Then Mai
gave it heart.
She took the raw materials and made it more repeatable and effective.
That became
the Unfollowing Process.
People didn't need
more advice.
They needed a way back to themselves.
We're obsessed with the journey.
Because changing yourself isn't a chore to endure — it's an adventure to relish. So everything we build, we build to make that adventure feel as bold and alive as it really is.
Meet our Crew.

Working hard to make inner work feel alive.

and “Child-You” creator.

so we can keep moving.
Made with care,
by family.
The people who make our work aren't a supply chain — they're family.
We try to run this
from the heart.
Business can be cold. We try not to run it with those parts. Instead, we try to do it from our Creator parts, with care in places no one may notice.
Harder, yes. But it feels so much better.
