This initiative is genius! People have to learn about themselves so this world can become kind and empathetic. I’m so grateful Unfollowing is bringing parts work to the masses in such a thoughtful and creative way. It’s so fun to dig into my parts and get to know myself in my entirety!!

This is a thought-provoking kit, especially for inner work. I am a personal and group coach, and this kit can benefit clients of all types, and individual as well as couples or groups or teams. I can see it being valuable to revisit time and again as I expand my own identity and my own purpose. Thanks.

This is a gorgeously designed, highly flexible tool for those who are looking to understand themselves better. The kit comes in an amazing package to hold all the various parts and I particularly like the magnets so you can display the card(s) you are working with.

The guidebook & journal give you many prompts and directions to encourage exploration though its also easy to explore following your own inner guidance.

The other aspect I really appreciate is the wide variety of ages and ethnicities in the cards as well as some use of less traditional images to represent various parts and traits. I will say that the one aspect that is less inclusive is the deck's images are entirely female presenting - at least to my eye. This might be an issue for some and it's worth mentioning.

Overall, I highly recommend this tool for anyone who is ready to do some serious self-exploration and seeks to understand themselves better. It has a lot of prompts, questions and guidance to give you different ways to work with them so that if one doesn't work for you, there's lots of other to try. And the kit itself is well packaged to let you store everything way when not in use but access everything easily when you are ready to work.
